Process & Shipping


Shipping Information

• All items are shipped via UPS or USPS.
• Please allow 1 to 7 business days for order processing before shipping. Once the processing is complete, your order will be shipped.
• Shipping typically takes 1 to 4 business days to reach you after it leaves our facility.
• Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase once the items are shipped.
• Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

During an AYB EXT sale or major restock i.e., Black Friday, etc. processing times can take 5 to 10 business days and shipping time is 1 to 4 business days



International Orders

• International orders can take between 3 to 14 business days to receive, depending on the selected shipping method at checkout. AYB does not cover any tariffs or custom fees.

Lost Items and Claims

• AYB EXT is not responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, you must contact United States Postal Service or UPS and file a claim.
• If you selected route protect at checkout, your package is fully covered up to a subtotal amount. Therefore, you must submit your claim through route.

Delays

• AYB EXT is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.

Undeliverable Packages

• If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to AYB EXT, you are responsible for additional shipping fees. Alternatively, a store credit or refund will be provided for you to place a new order with the correct address.
• If you have not received your items, you can locate them by using the provided tracking number or by contacting your local post office.
