Return Policy
• AYBEXT offers refunds only, and does not facilitate exchanges. Please note that there is a 10% fee on all refunds to cover merchant fees.
• You have a 48-hour window from the time of receiving your order to decide whether you want to keep the items or request a refund.
• To be eligible for a refund, the items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Curly hair products should not be combed through if you plan to return them.
• The returned items must be shipped back within 48 hours after receiving them.
Refund Process
• Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you via email. Our management team will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed.

• To return your product, you will need to mail it to our headquarters. The specific mailing address will be provided to you via email.
• You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item, and please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable.
• If you are sending an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
